I was setting up my Warbonnet Blackbird and Yeti underquilt the other day and when I got in to test everything out the UQ got caught in the zipper! a bunch of goose down fluff spilled out and I had to stuff it back in and sealed the hole with gorilla tape :[

Any ideas what's a better long term patch for that?

And, should I be warm enough next week with the Yeti and a 30 degree bag? I also have a blanket to throw over me. I'm debating if I don't want to bring a warmer bag.

With overnight temps in the mid to upper 50's I slept in a warbonnet with HG 20 degree underquilt and used two poncho liners. I started with one and at the mid cycle wake up added the second to guard against predawn chill. I was plenty warm but intend to upgrade the poncho liners to 30 degree bag and one poncho liner for my fall trip. Having something warm to wear can make a big difference as well.
Lots of ways to stay warm, but I also have been too warm for any top blanket with the UQ snugged into place. Solution, layer up or down based on the situation. Enjoy.

Send an e-mail to Brandon (warbonnetoutdoors@gmail.com) - he'll have a good solution for you.

I ripped a hole in my Superfly, and he sent me a scrap to glue on it to cover the hole. He said that my proposed solution (duct tape) wouldn't stick to the sil-nylon.
