Lighten your load by using a well insulated and comfortable sleeping pad that is insulated with 700-fill-power goose down. You will not regret it.
Schnozzel PumpSack allows one to fill the pad with ambient air; a much better choice than filling a pad with moist warm air from one's lungs. Moist warm air, where is poorly on the interior of pads, and needs to partially deflated pads on the cold mornings. Schnozzel PumpSack also functions as a dry sack.
This pad is very similar to the the 4-season Exped Ultra 7R Mummy sleeping pad, which is sold by REI & Moosejaw for $240. My price, $165, is discounted over 30% from the MSRP.
Exped makes fabulous products and features the best in customer service. I have had a number of Exped pads, as well as other Exped products. Exped is a superior product line. I would not be parting with this, except that it was a gift and duplicates other items in my gear stash.
