This is a Q-57 Yakima. It is car specific for Chrysler, Dodge, or Plymouth Minivans. Those products which have NO "gutters" or roof racks in place. I do not know of any way to convert to other vehicles and thus do not recommend that.
The coating on the on a round bar has a split along the top. Does not affect the performance. Pictures on request.
This was purchased new in 2006 and stored in the basement after each use.
To use put in place and tighten. To remove, loosen and remove. That's it.
