The holes themselves are minor but what their presence says about the general condition of the hull might be significant ("sticks" shouldn't do that to kevlar). How old is the boat and has it been stored indoors or outside? Does the hull have spots where the material gives when you press on it? That fabric is vulnerable to UV degradation and resurfacing the hull (generally done with a resin) won't restore the integrity.
