I bought my 2022 NS Polaris from Piragis last year, and was very pleased with the transaction. As I had never paddled a Polaris, was extremely happy that I could take it out for a paddle so as to be sure that the Polaris would work for my partner and I. As most folks apparently prefer a larger tandem for their BWCA rentals, the two Polaris' that Piragis offered were near new. Great price, great sales folks, what more can a buyer ask?

Happy Fall, a great time to get out and paddle, and also a great time to get a deal on a canoe that is less than one year old. We use our rental canoes for one season and then turn the entire fleet over, which means you can get a canoe that is in great condition for a nice price! Because our boats stay covered while stored on-site and have only been in the woods for one season, the Kevlar has not been faded by prolonged UV exposure, which is a huge benefit for long term durability.
