Thanks gravelroad. It really is a versatile pack. Can be used in wilderness pursuits, casual travel, as a thwart bag, to hold fishing gear, and many more scenarios. I find it comfortable to carry a load without having the sweatiness that comes for with a backpack. The unit for sale only has one shoulder strap to sling over a shoulder but I can see our your suggested straps would useful. Thanks again for your post.

I’ve had one for many years. With the addition of the accessory ”Strapettes” for your shoulders, it will carry a good amount of weight in comfort.
