I am looking for a 60 liter blue barrel. If possible in the Duluth area or able to meet somewhere, as I imagine shipping would suck.

Usually shipping for these is around $15-20. As they just stick a label on the barrel and send it off. Ebay has some if you do a search for 15 Gal barrel.
