If you’re fishing for Lake Trout, don’t pass through Ester too quickly to get to Hanson.

There sure are! I've only fished Hansen once (late sept), but had fantastic trout fishing. If you're in the area, Amoeber is also worth a visit to search for trout.

Can anyone tell me if there are Lake trout in Hansen or Lake of the Clouds Lakes. I am new to the BWCA and will appreciate any help. I have a permit for the first week in June.
